Salary/Availability: 45k-65k annually, full-time position
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations for our team
- Offer exceptional hospitality to our customers
- Assist the general manager in setting a standard of excellence for the team
- Manage work and break schedules
- Assist in cafe openings and closings
- Assist in hiring, training, and evaluating staff
- Oversee inventory, labor, and cash-handling
- Provide the best experience possible for our customers and staff
Qualifications
- Strong leadership
- Comfortable instructing and delegating
- Excels at multi-tasking in a fast paced and changing environment
- Excellent problem solving skills and good judgement
- Flexible work schedule including evenings and weekends
- Basic computer and math knowledge
- Emphasizes punctuality
- Charismatic and kind
- Interest in local business and the restaurant industry
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience required, although mindset and passion are more important to us then years of experience

Salary/Availability: $18-$22 hourly, part-time and full-time available
Responsibilities:
- Provide an exceptional customer experience
- Prepare hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, and speciality beverages
- Describe menu items and suggest products to customers
- Keep work station and equipment clean and sanitary
- Assist with the storage, stocking, and rotation of products
- Build good relationships with customers, turn visitors into regulars
Qualifications:
- Great communications skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Basic level coffee knowledge and skills, and enthusiasm to further develop them
- Positive and approachable
- Team player
- Customer service skills
- Interest in coffee and hospitality
- Previous cafe or espresso bar experience is a bonus but not required

Salary/Availability: $15-$18 hourly, part-time and full-time available
Responsibilities:
- Provide an exceptional guest experience
- Prepare fresh smoothie drinks, bowls, and pressed juices
- Keep work station and equipment clean and sanitary
- Assist with the storage, stocking, and rotation of products
Qualifications:
- Great communications skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Enthusiasm to develop your skills and knowledge
- Team player
- Ability to multitask and stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in nutrition and hospitality
- Previous cafe or smoothie/juice bar experience is a bonus but not required

Salary/Availability: $15-$22 hourly, part-time and full-time available
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers
- Provide a positive customer experience
- Resolve customer issues and answer questions, referring to management when necessary
- Ensure all orders are filled quickly and accurately, and that food and drink are high quality
- Perform some light cleaning duties, such as at the service station, around the patio and in the dining area.
Qualifications:
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time
- Excellent customer service
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Interest in customer service and hospitality
- Experience with square POS system is a bonus but not required
- Previous cafe or service experience is a bonus but not required
- High school and college students welcome
